These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Char Sparkle Press, a business based in California, United States ("Char Sparkle Press," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of charsparkle.com, our digital guides, checklists, emails, and related products and services (the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or purchasing through the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service offers general educational content, digital guides, and checklists focused on legal and financial literacy. Nothing on the Service is legal, tax, or financial advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Laws, forms, and procedures change; always consult a licensed attorney or qualified legal aid provider about your specific situation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, email, billing details) and for the confidentiality of any account credentials. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
• send spam or attempt to phish, harass, or defraud others;
• infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, uploading malware, or attempting unauthorized access.

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service and any digital guides you purchase, for your own personal or household use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share your download links, and you may not remove any notices from our materials.

The Service, including all guides, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Char Sparkle Press or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Secure Your Sparkle™" is a trademark of Char Sparkle Press. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout. Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required. Char Sparkle Press is the seller of record for all orders and provides customer support at team@charsparkle.com.

Digital guides are delivered by email after successful payment, using a secure download link that expires seven (7) days after issuance. Please download and save your files during that window. If a link expires, email team@charsparkle.com and we will help.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific legal or financial outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Char Sparkle Press and its affiliates, officers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold Char Sparkle Press harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
