Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If a guide or product from Char Sparkle Press is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your order date.

Email us and we will take care of it, no back and forth required.

1. Email team@charsparkle.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number if you have it handy.
2. We will confirm and issue the refund through our payment processor (Stripe) within one business day.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Any digital guide or bundle purchased from Char Sparkle Press within the last 14 days.
• Duplicate charges or accidental purchases.
• Files that will not download or open after we have tried to help you.
